Up until this time, we had all 5 star reviews. If we were to receive a negative review we would take it very seriously and determine what needed to be fixed so that the problem that led to the negative review did not happen again. That is not the case with this review. This person is not a client of our firm and we never rendered any legal services to him. Instead, I responded to an advertisement he ran for web services. I requested that he make changes to the firm website. He provided a price quote and told us that he only accepted Venmo for payment. As a result, I informed him that I needed to set up a business Venmo account. He performed no work on my website and provided no services. He merely responded to two texts and two emails. Although I told him that I was waiting for my Venmo account to be set up, he provided this negative review without even asking me the status or following up.
I was not rude to this man and I did not waste his time. However, I can state that I will not be using his services.
My point for stating this is that we take legitimate reviews very seriously. Our goal is to provide our clients with the very best professional services. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong vendor to ask to perform services on my website. I will be more selective in the future. I also suggest that anyone reading this review and response who needs to hire a personal injury attorney also make sure that they hire the right attorney for your case. Call me and talk to me, you will be glad that you did. Thank you for this kind review. I realize that most people have never had to hire a lawyer, so it is uncharted territory for them. Not every attorney is right for the needs of every client. That is particularly true in the area of personal injury law, which is what I do. Many lawyers who never handle personal injury cases take personal injury cases hoping that they can make some quick money. Unfortunately for the client, the inexperienced attorney messes up their claim and often a skilled and experienced attorney like me has to come in a clean up the mess. When someone needs legal representation, it is not a time for a lawyer to do \"on the job training.\" Also, when someone like you has never had to hire an attorney before, it is very difficult for you to know who is a good attorney and who is not. Therefore, even when I get a call from someone with a case that is not in my area of expertise, I talk with you and try to get you to a skilled and experienced attorney who will be able to help you resolve your legal issue.
