Please do not waste your money!\n\nCommunication was extremely poor and getting updates required repeated calls and messages. Important information about the case was often shared at the last minute, including being told the day before court that prison was likely after previously discussing probation. That lack of preparation and transparency created unnecessary stress and made it very difficult to trust the process.\n\nWhen I left an honest review about these issues, I received a response that felt more like a threat to “air dirty laundry” than a professional attempt to address concerns. That only reinforced my concerns about professionalism.\n\nFamilies going through situations like this deserve clear communication, honesty, and respect. I would not waste a penny of your money here. They make promises of what they will do but don’t follow through and keep those promises. From the office staff to the lawyers, you’re lucky if you ever get a response from anyone. Never return phone calls, emails, nor texts. It felt as if we had to advocate and investigate for ourselves. Due to their advice, it left absolutely no one to testify at trial and no one to even watch the trial.  We were withheld from watching trial all week with promises we were to testify only to be told the night before they advised against us testifying. We often showed up unnecessarily due to lack of communication on their behalf. They did nothing to fight for my family even after sinking $30,000 to them, which included hiring a PI, which didn’t happen until a week before trial. I suspect all the decent reviews never went to trial, however, we got the full trial experience and would definitely never recommend them to represent anyone I know ever again. Their “job” was sloppy and nonexistent essentially.
