Despite this, we have been able to successfully help literally thousands of clients (including many Spanish speaking clients) that needed our help. Just this week, we received an approval for a father of six children who would have been separated from his family if his waiver wasn’t approved, and another client whose career would have been ruined if we didn’t help her get work authorization in time. If we cannot help a client due to a language barrier, we request an interpreter or refer them to another attorney who can help.
