They told me I could do a chapter 13 and itd be a fixed rate of $100 + a processing fee of $3.99, ok great. Then let me know id have to pay out of my taxes $1039 or so, ok great no issue. Paid ever penny on time and almost always year later I get a call \"hey we are canceling your case because you didn't pay your tax amount\", uhh yes the heck i did in 2 payments over $600, they look and boom they see it but they labeled it apparently wrong in the system so used it for the monthly payments AND increased the cost to $300/month and claimed they notified me, where is said correspondence? Mystically no one knows but they \"sent it out\", why was it not mentioned the dozens of times I called? No one knows.
