There is barely any follow up calls or emails regarding a case status, you literally have to beg for a status though their voicemail and once you get a call back or email \" if any \"  , they seem unprepared to speak with you or very short with you as if you caused \" them\" an inconvenience \" ..  If they decide to litigate the entire process takes years upon \" still pending\" years .. its horrible, I regret chosing this firm . I would give you a -10 if I could. Terrible terrible law firm.\nDon't fall for their 800 lawyers nationwide and we've recovered blah blah blah for our clients.
