My first attorney did not respond to messages for months and was later no longer with the firm. The replacement attorney was responsive but appeared overextended. I needed independent support on a complex legal matter, but instead I found myself managing the process. After spending a significant amount of money, there was no meaningful progress or resolution. I’m disappointed in the cost, but more disappointed that the firm couldn’t deliver on what I needed.
