She answered all of their questions.  They were extremely grateful that she thoroughly answered their questions.  The attorney did not want to enter into a back and forth debate with your present immigration attorney if you were satisfied with his representation.  She never stated the siblings could not petition their brother. They were told that a USC petitioner petitioning a sibling takes over 20 years when the beneficiary is from Mexico.  Every country has a different waiting time. And rest assured that the attorney does not base her answers on the intent of the individuals.
