Unfortunately, after the initial paperwork was filed, communication essentially stopped.\n\nOver the course of approximately two and a half years, I repeatedly attempted to contact Jackie Mock through emails, text messages, and phone calls, but received little to no response. On multiple occasions, appointments were scheduled through her office only to be canceled before the meeting could take place. As a client, I felt completely ignored and left without any meaningful updates regarding my case.\n\nAfter years of frustration, I finally persuaded her to file a motion with the court to withdraw from representing me and to return my file. This only occurred after I filed a police report to document my efforts and concerns regarding the lack of communication and representation.\n\nIn my opinion, the level of professionalism, communication, and client service I received was unacceptable. The experience caused significant stress, wasted valuable time, and left me feeling abandoned during an important legal matter.
