Mr. Meyerson assured me that he could take over where another attorney failed and then he failed me too. He was supposed to collect from my policy the limits, plus my unpaid wages, and PIP. Once he had the case he passed it off to Richard Bruni, who is a nice guy, but entirely too passive and agreeable with the insurance company. I felt like my attorney’s office was calling me to constantly assist the insurance company in screwing me around, not to help me. In the end, he collected all he could make profit on and then QUIT without collecting my lost wages, leaving me to fend for myself or hire a third attorney. I consulted another attorney and was told that the firm would have only gotten a small fee for my wages so they just decided not to bother once they were paid on the rest. The problem is that I have a brain injury and they were hired to PROTECT MY INTERESTS. In my opinion this is malpractice. Considering this office advertises that they sue other attorneys for the same, I would have thought they’d have better integrity.
