They never answer the phone, and when they finally do, Ricky Mondestin gives completely different information each time nothing consistent or reliable. To make matters worse, she agreed to a settlement in my case without my approval, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. Then she had the audacity to ask for my phone so she could leave a fake positive review for herself on Google. Ricky is a liar, and this firm does not have their clients’ best interests at heart.
