While the final mediation agreement was not exactly what I had hoped for, she once again succeeded in resolving a case involving an extremely difficult opposing party—something that truly speaks to her skill and experience.\nMitizi is strategic, composed, and highly effective under pressure. She understands when to push, when to listen, and how to keep negotiations moving forward even in the most challenging circumstances. While I did have to give on some points, her guidance helped me avoid a costly and emotionally draining trial. In the end, mediation was far preferable to spending $10,000 and facing what would have been my worst day in court.\nI sincerely hope I never have to go through mediation again—but if you find yourself needing one, I strongly recommend using her.
