I was not informed beforehand, and while he was away he ignored my messages, refused to release my file, and when I tried to retrieve it in person, he actually threatened to call security on me.\nBecause of his negligence, I was forced to hire new attorneys, repay USCIS filing fees, and repeat medical exams. My total financial loss caused by his actions was $17,430 — which includes his $4,500 fee and an additional $12,930 I had to spend to repair and re-file my case.\n\nI also waited more than six months and tried to resolve this matter privately.
