When I spoke to Alan Blatnikoff, partner at Mindell Law, explained her injuries and shared that she was no longer driving or insured (the new Michigan No Fault law considers her uninsured), Alan gently and kindly said he would be happy to take her case. We were so grateful as other firms had chosen not to represent her. There was a good chance that Alan's work would be gratis as our mom is one very hearty and healthy woman, even now at 104. She was experiencing pain and was quite bruised, however she did not have any broken bones, head or other serious long term debilitating injuries.\n\nSo, that's the history, now let's talk about the service. Alan got to work immediately, notifying the insurance company of his representation and working with Kisha Troupe, our wonderful Senior Case Manager from Feinberg Consulting.
