Because the person(s) being named in suit never called them back?? 15k for phone calls , no letters, no other correspondence. I won't define that as a great attorney or a good one... never asked for my witnesses contacts nor called my spouse who was also my witness...\nBetter off dealing with the problem myself then adding more punitive damages to myself and character.\nI seemed to have paid for services for the parties I was suing. And they are the ones who was represented. MR.Millers wife got all my jewelry well under cost, I hope the scam was worth it.
