On the morning of my appointment, I received a last-minute text canceling our meeting, despite having taken time off work to attend.\n\nDavid then proceeded to text me, claiming he had attempted to call me prior to the appointment, which was untrue. All communication had been via text, and no effort was made to collect my information or offer alternate ways for me to provide details about my case, such as an email address. Despite my efforts to share as much information as possible with his assistant beforehand, it was clear that no preparation had been done.\n\nI understand that being sick is unplanned, but what I find unprofessional is the overall lack of organization, communication, and preparation. To add to this, David expressed repeated concerns via text about not accepting my MetLife insurance due to prior negative experiences with them. While engaging with the most prominent attorneys in NWA, I never felt heard. They simply wanted to wrap up the case as easily as possible which meant they expected me to give into ridiculous demands. When the opposing party starts out at ridiculous and you start out at normal; the compromise usually ends up being halfway between completely insane and normal. Victoria is different. She gets it.
