I can’t stress enough how compassionate, kind, responsive, and well educated in all facets of Michigan Auto Law that Ross was!  Ross walked me through two major issues – first, dealing with medical claims and reimbursement, and secondly, handling a lawsuit on my behalf.  The entire time, both he, and Jennifer, his assistant, would regularly e-mail, call, and text to keep me updated.
