My car was totaled and I was out of work for weeks. Michael Ortiz ended up being a big mistake. He was friends with my chiropractor and both of them made a pretty penny while I got peanuts. He insisted that I accept the first offer from the insurance company which left me with 2500 dollars. I lost more than that the first week of work that I missed.  I feel strongly that ANY other lawyer there is could have done a better job. I am also convinced that he needed the money more than I did. Do yourself a favor if you have an accident and get ANYONE besides him to handle it.
