My grandfather suffered from Alzheimer’s and we went to this firm for help with estate planning and now my grandfather has passed and we cannot sell the condo because the information we were provided and documents we had were all incorrect and the firm has simply washed their hands of us.  They refuse to even speak to my mother and refused to represent us.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. While your frustration is clear, our firm never met nor represented your grandfather.  We represented only your mother, in her capacity as his power of attorney, for a very limited purpose.  Our advice and the documents we prepared were correct, did not include any errors and were what she requested from us.  However, she did not receive the result she expected due to issues outside the scope of our representation.   Subsequently, our firm has not provided, nor were we hired to provide any estate planning or probate advice.
