Became a reality after a fall on the job occurred injuring my shoulder which was not truly diagnosed until 5 months post injury after my physical therapist recommended that an MRI be preformed on my shoulder,  which revealed a torn rotator cuff. With worker's compensation taking almost 2 months post diagnoses and the treating physician recommending shoulder surgery,  I found myself seeking legal representation due to the delayed time for medical treatment. I chose McManes Law to be my representation with Reid Stubbs being my attorney. I  was still not aware fully why workers comp was dragging their feet on granting my surgery, which later revealed that my age had a great impact on their refusal for surgery (64 at the time of injury). I would like to thank  Mr.Stubbs and staff for all that they did in keeping me up on the process from a legal standpoint as we went foward,  and for securing a settlement check.  The process was a little over a year from the initial injury.
