Mr McWhirter allowed the other attorney to take all the time, delay the final hearing and claim she had full consent from my son before submitting  the final hearing to the court. McWhirter not only didn’t stand up for my son but didn’t even stand up for himself with the opposing attorney. $25,000 to be drug through the mud.
