Mr. Roberts's seem to have a very non-chulant attitude at times acted as if I were worrying or bothering him even though I paid him.   His communication was very poor I wouldn't often know what was going on with the case would have to run him down to find out things. His response to emails  took forever. He was late one morning to court. At times it seems as if he was working with the prosecution and for the defense this is the perception that I got from his mannerisms he displayed towards me.
