It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email—responses take days, if at all, and most of the time you just get an automated “out of office” reply. I’ve been waiting over a year on my workers’ comp case with little to no guidance. Despite paying thousands in legal fees, I’ve had to handle issues on my own because they won’t even coordinate with my doctor.\n\nNow I’ve been trying for days just to recover the remaining escrow funds, and no one answers calls or follows up. The attorney is never available. Very frustrating experience and not worth the cost. I sent an email on April 16 and have to wait until the 20 for a response.\n\nIt’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back from Scroll Account.
