Anyway the lawyer with drew the case and took the percentage from what was given to me for medical cost. I just felt uncomfortable about this because I thought it was only if we win the case. Maybe I am wrong but they should be more specific we are going to take something from your medical cost. Please make that clearer because I thought if you didn't win yet how would they know if they never pressed them for video. The good LORD knows and see all. When I contacted them today, they stated they had not received any request for medical records. Two months have passed and since there’s been no follow-up from the law office with the clinic - nothing has moved with my case which opened in July last year. Since my case has opened there’s been little activity and no initiative taken from the attorneys or their staff. I never receive calls or updates. I have to reach out to them every time to communicate and request a status update.
