I had an accident the driver accepted fault I went to hospital and was referred to orthopedic and so I was ready to be represented. Well I was given this place but the mannerisms by the lady I’ve spoken to was rude and obnoxious in every way. I placed her on literally one second hold maybe two just to let the person know who I was I front of at that time I was on the phone but the lady from this firm was yelling in my ear hello hello hello repeatedly nonstop and then hung up on me . I’m like seriously not even a second barely two and I have her in my ear like a manic and so I choosed to go elsewhere. If a two second hold warranted that behavior than I feel confident and comfortable with making an assumption that receiving any representation would be the same without a care in the world.
