Many people are wrongly accused of these offenses, and I have successfully defended numerous clients at trial when the evidence showed they were innocent. Those cases are extremely important to me, and I work very hard to ensure that innocent people are not wrongfully convicted.<br>However, every case ultimately turns on the evidence presented in court. In Jason Haltom’s case, the court heard evidence that included a 911 call, body camera footage, and testimony presented at trial. Judges make decisions based on the evidence placed before them in the courtroom.<br>An attorney’s ability to defend a case effectively also depends on receiving accurate and complete information from the client so that the defense can be prepared appropriately for trial.
