I purchased a home through them, trusting that they would handle the legal side properly. Unfortunately, they failed to do the necessary investigation on the property. Because of their lack of thoroughness, I’m now stuck with multiple citation violations from the City of Syracuse that date back before I even owned the home.\n\nThis is exactly the type of issue a law firm should catch and protect their clients from.
