Instead, I encountered dismissive communication, lack of transparency, and minimal engagement with the substance of my case. Serious concerns were raised and repeatedly downplayed rather than addressed.\nRepresentation felt procedural and detached, not client-focused. Questions about strategy, next steps, and obligations were met with resistance instead of clear explanations. At no point did I feel confident that my interests were being actively protected or prioritized.\nBilling and representation terms also raised concerns. Fees were discussed without sufficient explanation, and requests for clarity were not meaningfully answered. Trust is essential in an attorney-client relationship, and that trust was not established here.\nGiven the firm’s affiliation with Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, LLP, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability. We had many issues with closing on our house from the sellers and she did a fantastic job navigating those issues and being extremely transparent with me and where we were at in the process. She did everything possible to make sure that we would be covered legally when we finally got to close on our home.
