I had plenty of evidence to initiate a suit but the attorney consistently came up with reasons not to.  I paid over $13K in legal fees and only managed to get a letter sent to one of my defamers which I recommended.  It's my belief these guys only wanted to continue charging ongoing hourly rates to a successful business.  If the firm believed I didn't have a case worthy of a suit I believe the right thing to do would be to evaluate the evidence up front and walk away instead of continuing to rack up fees.
