They had a bill from an insurance company for well over a year and failed to mention it to me until after the settlement. I feel blindsided, that could have been additional money to ask for. For some odd reason, the other side knew about the lien and asked my attorneys about it. Second, james kept giving me the run around about seeing the information on the bill. Third, now he's claiming there's treatment they have to pay out. WHAT TREATMENT, anything medical related was done by me via my insurance.
