Communication is horrible, she does not do what she says she will do, the paperwork is full of spelling mistakes, grammar issues and even the complete wrong names on paperwork in multiple spots. After the initial mistake riddled paperwork was given to me I had to do all corrections myself because of the complete lack of communication on their end. I have been waiting for a month to hear back about getting some of my money back considering my case never even went to court but she's still charging the same amount. To top everything off I never recieved my paperwork and have not heard back despite reaching out multiple times over a month.
