It appears they take on too many clients, because once payment is made, your case seems to be pushed aside with little to no follow-up. It felt like the focus was on bringing in new clients rather than properly handling existing cases. The slowdowns with COVID impacting case processing times have been hard on many families, and it has caused a great deal of stress and hardship on people's lives.  <br><br>We have a strong reputation, and we do great work.
