Each and every day has been awful. He has continuously ignored our e-mails and our calls more times than I can count. We will e-mail 5 times before we receive a response. Then when we do receive a response, it will be half a sentence that doesn’t even address 90% of what we said. He repeatedly will say “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day” or “I’ll get back to you tomorrow morning,” but then he won’t say anything at all. We will call the receptionist 3 times before Matt bothers to say anything. We have even begged for him to please make us a priority, to please help us, begged to be treated like a client and not once has he been professional or made us feel like we had a lawyer who cared about us. Thousands of dollars for this type of unprofessional treatment, to feel helpless and worthless.
