Would act like they did even when they hadn't. Told me I needed to see a specialist I repeatedly when I told them I couldn't self pay for and they kept saying they would get back to me  after speaking to an attorney about it until now, today, I am a week away from my zoom court case and they finally told me they can't help. I would have contacted someone else sooner. I lost my car, my house, and everything because of this. They don't care at all or an attorney would have talked to me and not just their intake supervisors Jacqueline or Armani who still don't actually reach out or listen or anything of actual use. A huge waste of time and might have made it to where I have waited too long to even ask another attorney. Even if I have to represent myself I would have ratger just done that and not wasted any time or effort with this office. I guess because my case wouldn't have made them a ton of money it was ok to just toss me aside constantly. Thanks for nothing!
