Bill Matthews did not get it!\nThey did not help with getting a survey done. (Mr. Steele would always call a surveyor and let them know the parties were ready to have it done.)\nWhen the other property was split, they did not record the deeds nor bother to get an assessed value from the tax assessors office.\nThere has been no guidance as to how maneuver through settling an estate.  We are having to do all the work.\nTwo and one half years later and my mother’s small estate is still not finished.\nThere is a great secretary that works there, so I really hated to leave such a review.
