I handled my case with him a year ago, and he resolved nothing. On the contrary, he completely mishandled the process, treating my case as if I had entered the country illegally. He made unnecessary payments, and when I called his office, he never answered. We had to go to his office in person to check on our case, and he would just keep telling us he was working on it and making us re-sign documents we had already signed. To make a long story short, I decided to cancel my case with him and take it to someone else.
