I was sent two draft letters that I never approved or used, yet I was charged $1,000 regardless.\nI understand time is money. However, this was not the case. I received no response after my initial call back and left a VM for clarification on the letters, as they were not to my liking and as the client I have that right.\n\nWhen I reached out for an explanation and requested a refund, I was ignored despite multiple attempts to follow up by email with both Mr. Butler and who I assume to be his assistant. I was only told that the work was completed.\n\nClients deserve clear communication and fair billing, especially when fees of this size are involved.
