They said they didn’t have documents that I had already sent a couple of times. They made a mistake toward the end and couldn’t even get ahold of our lawyer. Received a letter saying we hadn’t paid our final payment, but I had receipts and proof that we did. Nicholas helped us sort that out, but our lawyer never even acknowledged my email or responded. You would think they’d want to be known to have good customer service, I would not recommend them.
