We drained our savings, spent on credit cards, sent to collections for outstanding medical bills, and the lack of communication by Kevin was the icing on the cake. He was not very good at explaining things and seemed very unorganized. I would call and leave messages and not get a call back. I sent emails and no response. I even called the insurance to get information for him. I don't think if was fair but what can you do.
