I finally was able to speak to someone who gave me an appointment for today at 3 pm and stated Mr. Smith would  be calling me. He also stated he would be sending me an email that needed to be completed and returned to the office via email, so Mr. Smith could have a better idea of what legal assistance I was requesting.\nI did not receive the email, called the office the next day and once again left a voicemail-still no response.\nMr. Smith never called me at the scheduled time. On Friday, after work, I went in person and was met with a very rude front desk secretary. She refused to let me schedule an appointment, saying there were already people in the office. I understand that the lawyer may have been busy with appointments, but the front desk staff should still be available to help clients schedule their appointments, especially during office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was plenty of time for her to assist me, yet she didn’t.\n\nThe lack of professionalism and proper client service left me no choice but to go elsewhere for legal help.
