I have heard terrible stories of people waiting for 3 - 5 years before anything happens , this wasn’t the case for me. I was denied the first time but the same day he / his team (Mr. Whitehead) had already appealed it and continued to work for me. While I did have to fill out paperwork the SS department needed and had to see doctors of the SS department’s choosing in all it wasn’t a lot I had to do. I had to reach out to my case manager at Mark’s office a couple of times and while this was going they would assure me that they were handling everything and would update me when the status changed. I understand there is a waiting period but I also felt that they could have updated me more. I would recommend and have recommended him to others so they could get help.
