My family and I sustained multiple severe injuries, and the emotional damage felt just as painful. We reached out to a couple different injury law firms only to be dropped shortly after. We were defeated at a dead end to say the least…\n\nA personal testimony to show how GREAT God truly is: while in Target, my mother began speaking to a genuinely kind woman. During their conversation, my mother observed that the back of the woman’s t-shirt said something along the lines of “how can I pray for you?”. My mother got the chills and began telling her our story about our accident, our hospitalizations/surgeries, and the detrimental impact it’s had on our lives. This woman took the time to pray with my mother for our healing, restoration, and resolve. A couple of days later, we heard from Tim Shanahan with Maranatha Law. Devine intervention.\n\nTim took us under his wing and ensured he’d take good care of us. Tim did just that and more. Although medical bills post-accident were astronomical, Tim was able to negotiate them down and put some money back into our pockets. Tim refused to give up on us. We are so entirely grateful to God for bringing Tim into our lives. Tim knew the reason other firms gave up on us was because of the extent of work they would have to put into our case to lower our medical bills so that we would even see a penny. Tim wasn’t worried about personal gain, Tim was personally worried about our overall health and recovery. Tim checked on us through out the entire process and always made sure we were comfortable with each step. Tim walked us through everything and made sure we understood everything as none of us had ever been in a severe accident before. Tim would shoot us updates as soon as he received them, and we were never left in the dark. Paperwork and signatures were effortless.\n\nWe cannot thank Tim enough. We learned from our first conversation with Tim that he is a Christian. (Welcome the chills…). Not just a “Christian”, but a God-fearing, practicing, genuine embodiment of Christ’s love on Earth. Tim is everything we prayed for. God’s hand is absolutely in Tim’s calling as an Attorney and it’s evident through Tim’s practice. Just as we lay our burdens down at God’s feet, especially when we alone aren’t equipped to fight them, Tim handled our burdens and made us feel incredibly safe and protected. There’s no greater blessing than the peace and security Tim blessed my family and I with during one of the toughest seasons of our lives.\n\nPraying we’ll never be injured again, but if something like this happened again, I definitely wouldn’t waste my time on any other Law Firms.
