Consistent communication is extremely important during a legal process, especially during a divorce, and this was one of the main areas where I felt improvement is needed.\n\nOn the day of court, my attorney arrived late. To his credit, he was considerate about the situation and did not charge me for his time, which I appreciated.\n\nThere was also an error in the final divorce decree, where basic information—such as who would be responsible for covering my daughter’s health insurance—was not included. This is a significant detail that should not have been overlooked.\n\nAdditionally, the paralegal assigned to my case left the firm, and it felt like my case was left without proper continuity for a period of time.\n\nUltimately, due to these issues, I decided it was best to change attorneys to ensure my case was handled with the level of attention and follow-through I needed.\n\nOverall, the staff is friendly and the client service attitude is good, but I would encourage the firm to strengthen their communication, organization, and attention to detail.
