The at fault driver, instead of apologizing or asking was I okay or speaking at all, got out of his vehicle and ran inside a convenience store. The driver had no insurance, no license, no tag, and used an address that we still aren’t sure if it even exists. I was left with both a re-aggravation of an older spinal injury (L3/L4) and a newly herniated disc (L5/S1). Rather than filing an uninsured motorist a claim myself, knowing an insurance company will have their way with you, I hired this firm to represent me. They were fair and kept their word… and David J Maloney personally returned my call. He also called throughout the process letting me know how things were going. I got a fair settlement.
