Our case was handed off to someone else who didn’t seem to understand it at all, and communication was very disorganized.\n\nOne incident that really concerned us was when I showed up for a scheduled appointment and she did not. When I followed up after going home, I was told she was downstairs at the salon. That moment made us seriously question the professionalism and attention our case was receiving from her.\n\nBefore anything was filed, we decided to end the engagement because we no longer felt confident moving forward. We requested a partial refund for uncompleted work, but never received it.
