If she does not want or is not interested in working on my case, which I do not think there is much work left since the check from the other insurance company was already sent to them 6 MONTHS ago... they notified me, I would like to speak with another person who is more professional and can assist me and follow up on my case! I have asked and tried to speak with a supervisor or someone higher up than Isabel to help me and they say that she is the only one in charge and the supervisor of the place. If that is the case, I do not understand why she has this type of people with such poor professional ethics and does NOT give priority to clients.
