As we sat and waited 5 1/2 hours for FHP to arrive, I called The Main Law Firm at approximately 9pm and left a message. Within minutes, Jed calls us back very concerned about the condition of my wife. He spoke about a Nero Surgeon that he had sent his parents to when they had an accident. Within an hour (10pm) That Nero Surgeon calls us to make an appointment for the next day. Long story short, my wife is doing well (no surgery needed) and we settled  out of court relatively quick. What really stood out to me was the care that Jed showed us in calling late in the evening and having that Dr. call as well. Jed and his team displayed excellence throughout the entire process.
