After 4 months i inquired for a progress update and they told me that the lawyer representing me doesnt work there anymore and that they would assign me a new lawyer! 2 months later and multiple calls and emails that they never responded back to i got a letter telling me that they decided not to accept my case after my deadline to file was up!!!
