You were a valued client for well over a year and your case outcome, that was decided by a Judge after a trial, was the most difficult for me so far in my career. You and I both felt confident leaving court after our trial, and I hate that the outcome did not match our feelings that day. <br><br>Unfortunately, it is very common that not all evidence presented to an attorney by a client can be used in a trial. The main reason is evidence can be viewed in a light less favorable to my client, of which I would never want to submit to a Judge in the event it could back fire on my client. This is true for many aspects of the very complicated legal process. <br><br>I believe I used my education and training to the best of my ability to zealously advocate for you.
