I was choked and thrown on the ground by staff after they screamed at me and cussed at me for hours and I had a possible concussion and marks on my neck. At first we had a lawyer named Chris who was adamant to help with everything. We stopped getting responses and after a few weeks of no responses we finally were told he is no longer at this law firm and Jim would take over the case. After a couple of months Jim sent a letter saying he is no longer representing the case and good luck. So we requested a copy of the file under law and we're told to pay 850 dollars. After responding and saying legally those files should be provided, by law after a lawyer withdraws representation, we received an additional email saying we owe 1500 and all documents will be withheld until paid. Just go somewhere else.
