The worst! This is a real estate transaction. We were selling a piece of property and are located almost 500 miles from the Location. Started out three weeks before closing. I wasn't an opposing party, I was a beneficiary, she was appointed estate attorney, the questions she wouldn't answer was me asking her if she felt bad for screwing us over and if she ever feels any remorse or accountability for her incompetence screwing people out of money. To say nothing of when I pointed out illegal actions and hypocrisy that she refused to address. Even when she has nothing to lose, she cowardly hides behind excuses and fails to take accountability for her incompetence.
